Red Property Partnership was founded by friends, Richie Tramontana and Dean Worsfold in 2010.
From a humble start-up estate agency in Camden Town, NW1, 12 months later, Richie moved into our first office in Marylebone at 21 Wigmore Street before relocating to 12 South Molton Street for six years from 2012 to 2018.
After Richie bought an off-plan apartment at Vibe Apartments, E8, he saw the opportunity to expand into his new neighbourhood when he saw a row of three vacant shops at 501 Kingsland Road, E8 4AU.
“I remember it being a rather stressful but exciting time. I drafted a business plan and decided to jump into two of the available three spaces. With a £150K bank loan to fit out the concrete shell, I called in a lot of favours from commercial brokers, project managers, interior designers, AC engineers and builders and custom furniture designers.”

“The space was more than Red team needed so we thought long and hard about how we could make it more than a typical estate agency. Then we had our Eureka moment”
On the opening night, we invited Caroline Koo to be our first artist on the show.
Her work had a great response from guests and she sold about a dozen pieces.
“Our goal was to have a great place to work, but we ended up with a unique space that catered for our needs as a local estate agent and that of local artists, offering space to display their craft without the expense of hiring a venue.”
If you’re a local artist with a portfolio of work to fill out space, please get in touch.
We book out in advance for periods of two weeks to two months. Shows can be joint or solo, mixed media is also welcome. We find paintings, prints, and ceramics work best without space but are open to suggestions so long as it does not interrupt the agency practice.
