The Factory, Nile Street, N1

Our clients brief was to add an additional bedroom and bathroom to the demised roof space, extending the property from 2,000 sq.ft to 2,500 sq.ft. Whilst gaining additional living space, we also added considerable value to the properties resale value.
Signorelli, Stratford, E20

Our first project in the Olympic Village. Signorelli is an independent Italian Artisan Bakery and Cafe. The brief was make the most of the high ceilings, large windows with a focal kitchen. As new business it was important to value manage the project without compromising on quality.
